Construction Update ~ Pearl City Sales Office
Tambun Indah had put up the Pearl City logo at the new sales office building. The logo looks similar to the Pearl Garden logo.

Construction Update ~ New sales office for Tambun Indah & Palmington
Seems this will be the permanent sales office for Tambun Indah for all future developtment projects. This will be better if compare to current practice where they need to switch the office from one project to another project location. What will be the future project under Palmington?

Developer New Sales Office
This construction site is beside the Boon Beng Primary School, just beside the junction where we need to turn into the road to Pearl Garden. Referring to the info display there, the construction here is a Sales Office for a developer name Palmington Sdn. Bhd. However, i notice that the developer address is Wisma Pantai which is the same with Tambun Indah, so i guess maybe it is relatd to Tambun Indah.

The Lonely Ex-Sales Office
If you follow this blog from the very beginning or been to the Pearl Garden sales office before the show house was there, then you definately will know the bangalow in above photo is the previous Pearl Garden Sales office. The view is quite nice for now although a bit lonely for it, but later after the area completed with Pearl Indah housing units, it will not be lonely any more.
