Here the updated Pearl City Master Plan with few more projects added to this city development.

Pearl Impiana

As if you notice, the master plan has expanded compare to the original master plan one year ago.

Perbandaran Tasek Mutiara

Spotted this new MPSP road sign at the traffic light junction to Pearl Garden from Simpang Ampat. Not sure is this replace the name of Bandar Tasek Mutiara or just another name for it.

There is a reserved land for Mosque located in the Pearl City. It is in between the Pearl Indah 2, Pearl Villas and Pearl Residency.

Pearl Residence: The latest project in Pearl City

This is the latest project from Tambun Indah at Pearl City (also known as Bandar Tasek Mutiara). It is also a Gated&Guarded community housing project concept same as Pearl Garden & Pearl Villas and located behind the Pearl Villas. Now is open for registration.

Pearl City Business Park

This area will be the future Pearl City Business Park, but currently still now yet seeing any sign of construction or any details plan of it. Maybe it will be develop after the completion of Pearl Indah and Pearl Square.
