The 5 Pearls Location @ Pearl City

Including the newly unveiled of the latest Pearl Impian which is now open for registration, we have now total 5 housing projects developed by Tambun Indah at Pearl City.

Previously the Bandar Tasek Mutiara developer named its projects here by giving name base on Phase, Tambun Indah is now doing in different way by naming it seperately starting with Pearl, which makes the projects here sound nicer.

Pearl Garden Latest Flyer

There are still 8 units left as we can see from here, and it will be OC soon. I think the price from RM 338k is for double storey terrace. If compare to last two years when Pearl Garden was launched, it only starts from RM 238k. Btw, if you look at the flyer above, you will find that it was wrong photo used for the 2 Storey Gated Terrace to represent the Pearl Garden, it is actually Pearl Residence.

Entrance to Penang 2nd Bridge

From my observation of the construction site location beside PLUS highway (Tambun to Jawi), i predict that there will be another new toll for entrance to Bandar Cassia, Batu Kawan where also the same way to the Penang 2nd Bridge. As we can see from the photo taken from google map above, the red arrows shows the location that i predict the entrance will be, and it actually is not far from the Pearl Garden.

Just update with this location map from developer website, as we can see the other projects from Tambun Indah such as Pearl Villas, Pearl Indah and Pearl Square.

Pearl City Site Plan

This is the site plan of the township where the Pearl Garden located. With the launched from Tambun Indah for the new housing project Pearl Indah, Pearl Indah I & II and also the commercial area Pearl Square 1 & 2, Tambun Indah has started to name this township area as Pearl City which i guess is translate from the original name of Bandar Tasek Mutiara.

Pearl Garden is accessible through the North-South Highway via the Bukit Tambun Interchange. This link will connect the gated community of Pearl Garden directly through its new flyover and it will also lead to the proposed 2nd Link.
