There is a road in construction i believe will connect link to Pearl City.

威南日新图测出炉

(槟城26日讯) 威南日新国民型中学建筑图测出炉，拥有4栋4至7层楼高的学校大楼，料7月15日呈上予威省市政局审核。

威南日新国民型中学建委会主席李振兴周二从首长林冠英手中接过10万令吉拨款后，出示图测表示威南日新建筑图测已完成，并已拟定在7月15日将图测呈上予威省市政局做审核。

After a two and half year waiting, finally is here...

Pearl Garden Latest Flyer

There are still 8 units left as we can see from here, and it will be OC soon. I think the price from RM 338k is for double storey terrace. If compare to last two years when Pearl Garden was launched, it only starts from RM 238k. Btw, if you look at the flyer above, you will find that it was wrong photo used for the 2 Storey Gated Terrace to represent the Pearl Garden, it is actually Pearl Residence.

Perbandaran Tasek Mutiara

Spotted this new MPSP road sign at the traffic light junction to Pearl Garden from Simpang Ampat. Not sure is this replace the name of Bandar Tasek Mutiara or just another name for it.

Tapak Masjid @ Bandar Tasek Mutiara

There is a reserved land for Mosque located in the Pearl City. It is in between the Pearl Indah 2, Pearl Villas and Pearl Residency.

Tambun Indah CNY Greeting Card & Invitation

Received this Chinese New Year Greeting Card from Tambun Indah. Showing inside the card are Tambun Indah current projects and included a new project named Pearl Residence, which is also a G&G concept now open for registration. Besides, there is another invitation letter for Pearl City Open house at Pearl Villas Show House on 29 Jan 2012.

Initiative action by Pearl Garden owner

Although Pearl Garden not yet OC, but owner here i believe has already taking initiative action starting to create his own garden. Very nice.
