The Pearl Residence Project Site

This is the place where the new project Pearl Residence will be. According to the notice there, is 12 unit 2-Storey Bangalow, 112 unit 2-Storey Semi-D, and 361 unit 2-Story Terrace, all under strata title. I think there is a mistake there as it stated Rumah Kedai Berkembar, i dont think there is 112 unit shop lot.

Pearl Garden OC Pass ?

People are start selling thier Pearl Garden's house. There are banners hanging on some units of double sotorey and semi-D houses and it stated OC Pass. Really? However, not sure it is from the developer, property agent or same investor.

Construction Update ~ Pearl Indah I, II & III

Construction for Pearl Indah I & II has begun, but no sign of any Show House on site. However, Show House for Pearl Indah III is building fast, but no sign of construction on Pearl Indah III site.
