Pearl Garden OC Pass ?
People are start selling thier Pearl Garden's house. There are banners hanging on some units of double sotorey and semi-D houses and it stated OC Pass. Really? However, not sure it is from the developer, property agent or same investor.

Should be all the unsold unit. There is house no.8!
House No. 8 is facing swimming pool and club house.
