Do
1. follow the concept of condominium
2. check and feedback your house defect within 24 months
3. pay your miantenance fee on time
4. filling the form for any renovation job wish to carry out
5. inform management of any your contractor comes for renovation
6. follow guideline for the location of aircon outdoor unit
7. can renovate the car porch
8. can install auto gate
9. refer to your guideline handbook
10. look for the management team as middle man on any feedback of doubt
Dont
1. pet not allowed
2. house defect compliant not valid after renovation
3. external window grilles not allowed
4. change design or color of gate not allowed
5. any exterior renovation that changes the outward of house
Security Guard Info
Day Shift 7am-7pm - 3 guard
Night Shift 7pm-7am - 5 guard (1 station at guard house, 4 patrol)

I HAVE A UNIT OF DOUBLE STOREY TERRACE HOUSE.I JUST READ YOUR DOs & DON'Ts. I DON'T UNDERSTAND THE DON'TS FOR NO.3 MENTION IN YOUR POST SAYING THAT NO EXTERNAL WINDOW GRILLS ARE ALLOWED. IS IT MEAN THAT ALL OUR WINDOW GRILLS NEED TO BE FIX IN THE PREMIS?THANKS
During the briefing the management said not allowed at outside, but now we see there are people putting at outside, better seek the management advice.
