This is the latest project from Tambun Indah at Pearl City (also known as Bandar Tasek Mutiara). It is also a Gated&Guarded community housing project concept same as Pearl Garden & Pearl Villas and located behind the Pearl Villas. Now is open for registration.

Launching so many projets but cannot get OC for Pearl Garden yet,Reputation is hard to build but easy to destroy.TI website is neigter dead or alive.
hmm.... The sales assistant of Tambun Indah should not make empty promise.
While the S&P due date for completion is November 2012, there were SA who told purchasers that OC would be in August 2011 > end of 2011 > CNY 2012, and now May 2012.
Tambun Indah should keep their SA well informed to avoid frustrating their customers.
Hope there will be no more delay again.
PG buyers should be delighted with this. The more development in BTM, the more chance that the farm issue will be solved sooner. As long as the OC does not exceed the deadline, it's still ok.
TI should pay the farm owners more than the market value for their land.If the farm owners find it worth theirwhile then they may sell and relocate thus solving the problems.You cannot force them out . They have to make a living too.
