This is a new banner of Pearl Garden, "OC AKAN DATANG"....seems OC will be soon.

OC will be given if all relevant requirements are met within 8 weeks. Asit is now trees have not been planted,lamppost light not fixed yet, roads and pavements not finished yet etc.Another misleading claim by TI.Cheers and Happy Chinese New Year.
TI should apply OC for phase 1 and 2 first and then phase 3 and 4 later instead of all 4 phases together .This should giveample time for the early purchasers to do internal renovations,electrical fixtures, furniture etc and contractors to the works.This is easier for security to moniter. Cheers.
