Yes, i did attend the Open House event held last Sunday at Pearl Villas. As info from one of the sales person, Pearl Garden it is going to be OC on Apr 2012, together with all phases. Different from previous info, where it will be partially OC phase by phase.

diff sales person said diff OC date, been told on May or Jun. cannot be trusted !!!!!!
