Pearl Garden going to O.C. Soon ?
Noticed of this banner on roadside i believe is refer to Pearl Garden, what so attractive is it stated there "OC Soon" seems does Pearl Garden really going to be OC soon? But the question is how soon...

last week I checked with TI, they told me it will be in April - May, as they want to wait for all phases to be completed before OC.
If this is true, then it doesn't sound too soon.....

First they say end of the year. Then early next year. Their fb say April May and now O. C. soon I hope it is not misleading
