From my observation of the construction site location beside PLUS highway (Tambun to Jawi), i predict that there will be another new toll for entrance to Bandar Cassia, Batu Kawan where also the same way to the Penang 2nd Bridge. As we can see from the photo taken from google map above, the red arrows shows the location that i predict the entrance will be, and it actually is not far from the Pearl Garden.

I hope there will be two new roads in the future. One is to connect to the federal road through The Star Avenue near 祝清坤. Currently there is a base of flyover built there over the railway.
Another is to connect directly the Pearl City to Valdor, avoiding Jalan Tasek.
These two roads will greatly reduce the distance to Second Link and the Jit Sin branch.
Since the flyover construction near Super Star Avenue is in progress, i believe it will be a road connected to Pearl City.
