Pearl Villas's new Show House

This is the Pearl Villas new show house, which is bangalow now is open for viewing since few weeks ago.

Entrance to Penang 2nd Bridge

From my observation of the construction site location beside PLUS highway (Tambun to Jawi), i predict that there will be another new toll for entrance to Bandar Cassia, Batu Kawan where also the same way to the Penang 2nd Bridge. As we can see from the photo taken from google map above, the red arrows shows the location that i predict the entrance will be, and it actually is not far from the Pearl Garden.

TNB Stuffs at Pearl Garden

There are cables from TNB spotted at Pearl Garden looks like TNB works going to start soon....

Noticed that Pearl Garden has changes the logo, to a nicer look replace the previous design. It looks good compare to the previous. And also starting construction of the jogging path in some areas.

SJK(C) Boon Beng 文明(国民型)华文小学

All all know, the S.J.K.(C) Boon Beng just not far from Pearl Garden. It was re-located to Bandar Tasek Mutiara from the original site, beside the Simpang Ampat junction and police station. For those who have kid or plan to have kid in future, sure you may want to know more about this primary school. Here is a link to the blog of the school you may have interest to visit...
