New Access to Pearl Garden

With the new access card now residence of Pearl Garden no need to do touch n go at guard house entrance, the new "smart tag" access has been implemented. Notice the new device on top of the guard house?

Now the residence entrance has been swapped with visitor access. So please keep left next time when you enter.

Pearl Avenue 1 already OC, observed that a lot shop lot are starting posted for rent/sales. Now here is the progress of Pearl Avenue 2.

Get your new upgraded resident access card from the Pearl Garden Management office before 24 Aug 2015. Actual implementation date for new access card yet to be confirmed.

Pearl Impian ~ OC Obtained

Residents of Pearl Impian have starting to move in after OC obtained for the project.

Pearl City Business Park update

Here is the Business Park at current progress. Access road has been opened, Shopping mall still in construction, the International Schools seems completed, and Pearl Avenue 1 shop lot also completed.

Pearl City Master Plan update

Here the updated Pearl City Master Plan with few more projects added to this city development.
They are:
Pearl Saujana
Pearl Botanik
Pearl Impiana

As if you notice, the master plan has expanded compare to the original master plan one year ago.
