A Telecommunication Tower?

Accidentaly found this some sort like a telecommunication tower behind Pearl Garden. I think it is still not yet functioning, not sure whether it will be operated in near future. How do you think, is this really a telecommunication tower?

There will be a road behind the Pearl Garden as we can see from the photo here that the contruction is in progress.

DST Phase 4 ~ Different from Others

Photo above is double storey terrace phase 4, the last phase of Pearl Garden. There is no different if look at the front but when you look at the back, there is a special design where we can see there is a bolcony and backyard there.
